In adventure activities like climbing and mountaineering in Himalayan region carries

an inherent risk to life and property of both Parties. The weather changes in minutes

causing injury and in very rare cases it cause death , which is beyond My control.

Akhil Verma does its best to reduce all types of risks, discomfort and hazard to the

best of their ability (within financial constraints),

yet there are chances of accidents, mishaps and deficiency in service. Ergo, you must

agree with these terms and conditions. Please ensure that you read carefully and

understand these terms prior to confirming your booking.

CONDITIONS AMENITIES.

Akhil Verma and instructors makes every effort to ensure comfort of our guests, but We requests

your understanding that the amenities in the Himalayan region may not be same as the ones you are

accustomed to, at home or hotels. Weather is another factor that will have direct impact on your

journey. Hence, you are requested to have patience, enthusiasm and be prepared for

compromises before you choose to undertake this journey

PROGRAM DATES.

You are solely responsible for verifying the correct dates and time mentioned on the travel

documents 

IN CASE OF EMERGENCY.

In the event i believe safest and secure climb. Unfortunately in case, You fall ill or suffer an

accident during the trip, all hospital expenses, doctor fees, repatriation expenses, evacuation

from road or mountain, any other charges incurred as a direct or indirect result of Your illness /

accident are Your responsibility REFUNDANDCANCELLATION

NUMBER OF DAYS BEFORE DEPARTURE.

Booking Amount:- All bookings require a non-refundable deposit at the time of reservation. This

amount secures your booking and is non-refundable under any circumstances, Compensation and

best offer will be provided your future trek/ Expeditions.

CANCELLATION AND REFUND.

More than 60 Days.

- Deposit only (Except booking amount)

60 to 30 Days 

- 25 % cancellation charges

30 to 20 Days.

- 50% cancellation charges

20 Days or less.

- 100% cancellation charge
